Once the regularly scheduled follow-up appointments have been completed, our doctors want to know how you are doing. We’d like to check in with you by phone every few months for a period of two years. This service is free-of-charge. Not only do we want to ensure your best possible outcome, your participation is an important ongoing research tool and part of our commitment to results oriented, patient-centered practice.
